Use of Chemical Products

• AlKem Lab Products sells chemical products only to qualified companies.
• Chemical products are for laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing use only. They are not intended for food, drug or household use.

Terms

• Our terms are Net 30 days with established credit.
• All prices are FOB shipping point unless indicated otherwise.
• Sales tax will be assessed where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars except where indicated.

Shipping/Freight

• Courier/Motor Carrier will be arranged as per customer instructions at the time of checkout.
• Contact AlKem Lab Products Customer Service for special shipping instructions.
• All orders are subject to and will be shipped according to federal regulations.

Damages

• All packages should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
• Any shortages or damages should be indicated on the packing list.
• Contact AlKem Lab Products Customer Service with damages or problems immediately.
• Concealed damages on "Prepay and Add" shipments - AlKem must be notified by E-mail or FAX within 5 working days in order for us to respond to the carrier for a possible claim or on site inspection.

Returns

• Requests for return authorization must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted without a current return authorization number. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days from issue date.
• Chemicals - please contact us directly for special shipping instructions and authorization.
• Special order items, custom items, imprinted and embroidered products, pre-cleaned ware and outdated products are not returnable.
• Returned ware must be clean and in resalable condition. Credit will be denied for damaged and/or dirty ware.
• No credit will be given for ware that has been filled with product, emptied and returned.
• Customer may be responsible for return freight charges. This will be noted on the return authorization when it is faxed to the customer.
• Returned products may be subject to a restocking charge.
