Special Requirements

• If you require an item or solution not listed, please let us know. We can supply chemical products in a unique concentration or package size.

Use of Products

• AlKem Lab Products sells chemical products only to qualified companies.
• Chemical products are for laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing use only. They are not intended for food, drug or household use.

Terms

• Our terms are Net 30 days with established credit.
• All prices are FOB shipping point unless indicated otherwise.
• Sales tax will be assessed where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars except where indicated.

Freight

• Shipments will be arranged as per customer instructions.
• If there are no customer instructions, the most economical shipping method will be used on an FOB basis.
• All orders are subject to and will be shipped according to federal regulations.

Rush Shipments

• In stock items may be available for shipment by air, please call for availability and regulation restrictions.

Damages

• All packages should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
• Any shortages or damages should be indicated on the packing list.
• Contact AlKem Lab Products customer service with damages or problems immediately.

Returns

• Returns will not be accepted without a current return authorization number.
• All chemical returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer. AlKem Lab Products will not accept chemical returns at our facility.
• Special order items are not returnable.
• Outdated products are not returnable.
• Items returned through customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Items returned that are not meeting specifications or as an error by our manufacturer will be replaced or credited on a no charge basis.

Safe Handling

• Buyers and users of chemical products purchased through AlKem Lab Products are solely responsible for their safe use and handling.
• Chemicals purchased through AlKem Lab Products are to be used only by qualified individuals who have been trained in proper laboratory and manufacturing procedures and are familiar with their potential hazards.

Quality

• All products are guaranteed to meet specifications.
• Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, and MSDS's are available upon request.

Our Quality Guarantee:

Raw materials used in our products are of the highest quality appropriate to the final product. For most items, raw materials meet or exceed specifications established by the American Chemical Society. Final quality is traceable to NIST standard reference materials where appropriate. Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance and MSDS documentation are available for all our products. Chemical products are produced in an ISO 9001:2000 facility. Record keeping and retention samples of all lots produced ensure product consistency and complete traceability.
