All of our KAPTCLEAN® containers are available Cleaned & Certified (Level 3) or Cleaned only (Level 2). Certificate of Analysis provides a lot and stock number and meets or exceeds specifications.

These containers are cleaned for Total Organic Carbons to less than 50 µg/L.

PRE-PRESERVED

Eliminate the risk of field contamination with our prepreserved vials. Each vial has been cleaned to meet or exceed EPA specifications, and comes with certificate of analysis. Preservatives include HCL and Sodium Bisulfate.

SUPER CLEAN

Ideal for oil analysis programs that promote preventative maintenance. Cleaned and certified per specifications for less than 10 particles in the greater than 14 microns size per ML. The bottles are marked with a “Clean” label for easy identification.

ULTRA CLEAN

Designed for those needing containers free from particulate contaminates, By using a three-step process, all particles five microns or larger are eliminated. Our cleaning procedure includes ultrasonic cleaning, chemistry, a de-ionized water rinse, and double sealing. After the bottles pass our rigid quality control tests, they are certified. All processes take place within an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom.
